GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION

CoreMax Corporation began to build factories in response to business development needs. In 2001, the Company established its second catalyst manufacturing plant in Kuantan, Malaysia serving customers in South East Asia and set up our third production facility in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China in November of the same year. In 2004, the Company completed its fourth Catalyst plant in Ningbo, China to serve our vast customer bases in the Ningbo-Shanghai area. In 2009, the Company established its fifth catalyst production facility in Rayong Province, Thailand, providing catalyst related products to customers in South East Asia.

Established CoreMax Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. for supplying to BP, Exxon Mobile PTA
Established CoreMax Zhuhai Chemical Co., Ltd. for supplying petrochemical oxidation catalysts to BP PTA exclusively

Awarded government funding of Development Project of New Leading Products - High Performance Lithium Battery Cathode Material
Development Plan by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of R. O. C.
Changed the Company name to CoreMax Corporation
