Employee Satisfaction Survey

The Human Resources Department conducted the 2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey in December 2025. The survey covered multiple dimensions, including job content, work environment, compensation and benefits, promotion and performance evaluation, learning and development, organizational communication, and overall satisfaction. The purpose of the survey was to evaluate employees’ satisfaction across various aspects of the company, identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement, and collect employees’ genuine opinions and suggestions to help build a more attractive and cohesive workplace.

The survey included participation from the Manufacturing Department, Human Resources, Accounting, General Manager’s Office, EHS, R&D, Sales, Production Control, and the Vietnam Plant. The overall survey results showed a highly positive response, with an overall employee satisfaction rate of 78%, indicating a generally favorable perception toward the company. The findings demonstrate that efforts to create a positive work environment have yielded strong results, with the vast majority of employees expressing a positive attitude toward working at Comp.
